FE series (60 mm)
FE series stands for Forging heat sink with ears for fixing by push-pins, that create larger dissipating area via elliptic fins for efficiently contact with airflow, especially with outstanding performance in fanned designs.
FN series (60 mm)
FN series stands for Forging heat sink without ears for fixing by push-pins, that create larger dissipating area via elliptic fins for efficiently contact with airflow, especially with outstanding performance in fanned designs.
FP series (60 mm)
FP series stands for Forging heat sink with reserved holes and push-pins/ screws for fixing. It creates larger dissipating area via elliptic fins for efficiently contact with airflow, especially with outstanding performance in fanned designs.
WPL series (60~ 70mm)
WPL series stand for Water-drop-shape design with push-pins (in Left Diagonal), that provide better dissipating performance than pin-fin design while contacting with airflow.
WPR series (60~ 70mm)
WPR series stand for Water-drop-shape design with push-pins (in Right Diagonal), that provide better dissipating performance than pin-fin design while contacting with airflow.
LFZ series (60 mm)
LFZ series stand for Super High Density Forging heat sink, that not only create larger dissipating area by having intensive contact with airflow, especially with outstanding performance in fanned designs.
Furthermore, micro forged sizes could satisfy the harsh conditions in low profile limitation less than 5mm!
HBP series (60~ 100mm)
HBP series stands for Hybrid process by Forging & Extrusion, included with push-pins and reserved holes. Considering the more competitiveness we could bring for customers, HBP series provides the better thermal performance than extruded heat sink, but with less cost than forging ones relatively.
